I teach a Pharmacy Technician program and had someone ask me the meaning of a person who is classified as a Pharmacy Tech-I, II, or III. It appears to have something to do with levels of knowledge/training. ANY help would be appreciated; I'm stumped!

I'm in university and I am debating on whether I should sell my used textbooks or not. Obviously, I could potentially earn back a good amount of the money that I spent buying the book.

But still, is it worth it to sell? And, should I sell it personally (as in person-to-person) or sell it to the campus used bookstore? The Used Bookstore provides an official receipt but only offers 80% of the profit to the seller. If I sell it person-to-person, I figured I could sell it for at least 90% of its original price but no receipts =(

Which brings me to my next point, how do you determine the price of the used textbook? I know that you can't sell it for more than the price you bought it for... but what is usually the percentage of the price that students sell them at? 90%? Will someone buy it that high? I mean, I just want a good fair amount of price on my used textbook if I'm going to sell them.

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to go to a university for all four years of my college. As I sit here in my senior year of high school, I am completely confused. I still really want to go to a community college but my parents have saved no money for me to go. In Missouri, you can get 2 years free for college at a community college. I don't know what would be better... I feel as thought I would be cheated if I went to a community college for 2 years, but I also dont know if its worth the debt to go to a university. What do you suggest?

I suck when it comes to studying for a test. I need some ideas on how to study and make the information stick. I read the material and notes over and over, but it doesn't really stick. What can I do?

So online becomes an option but it seems from reading responses on here that so many people trash those degrees that it's almost a waste of time. I have 10 years professional experience plus I've earned a few professional designations in my industry that are prestigious and carry equal academic success. Should I still go ahead and apply to a brick & mortar MBA program? Or am I just wasting time? I took 1 class in a program a few years and did well, but the school still denied me admission to their program. I don't want to waste my time and money if an online MBA will do me no good.

Alright here it goes. I'm a senior in high school, stressing out over colleges. I've driven myself to this sharp pinnacle where I truly believe no college will accept me. Help assuage my mind?

I have around a 3.7 right now, and I've never been below a 3.5. Nearly all my classes are honors except some in my freshman and sophomore year, when I didn't know what was going on (yeah don't ask). I've gotten a 1160 on my SAT, and have taken 2 AP English/Lit classes.

I'm in the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, an internship, am an editor in our school literary magazine, have volunteered for a few years at the Humane Society, and have won several writing/photography awards.

I'm a good writer, so my essay should be alright.

I'm applying for the University of Florida, Florida State University, and several small liberal arts colleges. (This is all instate.)

Do I have any chance, and what could increase my chances?

I wrote an article in Spanish for my Spanish class and had someone go over it. They corrected it. The thing is, mine was not so great to begin with, but with the corrections made it was good. I did all the writing and the ideas and everything was mine, but i had help on some of the grammer and vocab with the article.... is this considered plagerism?
My teacher wants to talk to me because it was so good and i am not the best student. I am worried she might think it was plagerism!

What do you think? I wrote it, but someone corrected it to make it good.... is this bad?

I'm attending a two-year community college and I'm almost finished up here. I plan on transfering on to a university to obtain my BA in Interdisplinary Studies (EC-4th grade). Financial Aid was generous so I'm covered for my last year here. However, I'm only covered if I have at least 12 or more hours per semester. Which leads to this...I only have two classes (6 hours) to complete next semester in order to have all the required classes I need to go to the university I've chosen. I'm considering just go ahead and take the couple of extra courses I need to get my AA degree. Only thing is though, can I get a good job with an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education? I'm working as a part-timer in a retail store, but can I use this degree to work somewhere more linked to my career choice that also can pay better while I finish up on my Bachelor's?

have any tips to keep me calm? I have a habit of literally breaking down when speaking in high stress situations such as this one. It's not that I have problems speaking in front of people, more like speaking for a grade in front of people in academia. I'm extremely nervous and feel like I'm going to blank out. I'm about to start practicing it again, but I'm so afraid and scared of blacking out. Can anyone help me?

I know you can probably teach. I love history! I get crap from students telling me it's not very profitable to be a scholar, but I'm determined, can you tell me some doors that might open up with a phd in history? Or things you can do with it? Thanks.

Many schools only count junior and senior GPAs, mine is 3.89.

My GPA is generally above most schools average and my GMAT is generally below. I'm kind of confused what to aim for, I know I'm a good students, I just suck at those damn standardized tests.
