Is doing a Phd in tourism/Hospitality management worth for getting a good job & Salary?

I have completed my M.Phil in Tourism Management and now thinking about doing a Phd in Tourism/Hospitality Management.

Can anybody tell me about the scope of a M.Phil/Phd scholar in teaching profession especially in Tourism/Hospitality Management.

Totally worthless - the PhD qualifies you to teach at the university level - otherwise, it doesn't increase your employability one bit.

You are much better off working in your field and gaining practical experience. Also, it is time for you to start making your own way in the world
