I`m black and would like to go to Boston for college ,but family and others keep telling it`s a really racist city. Since I haven`t really ever been exposed to racism living in Philly they don`t think I`d be able to handle it, if the stories are true.

I want to graduate early so I can move to London. I can move at what would be my senior year, get situated, get a job, and at least become a resident in England, or I could stay in high school and take a ton of classes my senior year. Is it better to leave early and get prpared for college in a different country or should I stay in high school and have the oppertunity to take more classes? I dont know what I want to do, its a hard decision. Thanks for any help.

I'm taking my last class for my business admin undergrad. It's a strategic management course. It's a large class of 50 or so students. We only meet once a week. As such, the instructor doesn't really have the opportunity to get to know the students' names.

We had an oral exam yesterday. This one girl pretended to be someone else. She pretended to be "Mable Smith". I'm thinking to myself, "You're not Mable Smith! Mable Smith is that girl sitting on the corner of the room."

I recognize the name because I've been in other classes with Mable (the real one) in previous courses.

What would you do if you know that someone took an exam for someone else?

I'm tryign to help out my friend who for some reaosn chose devry over community college. The program he chose is going to cost a shitload of money. I'm going to community college and its only costing me a fraction of his tuition. Now he wants to get out and do what I'm doing (he doesn't have a yahoo account so thats why i'm asking for him)

I wanna help him out and he told me he doesn't know if he can get out of devry. His classes started on july 9th and hes hasn't paid anything yet and is on financial aid or something. This guys family is broke and hes working at some damn toy store. he can't support his education at devry.

so would he be able to get out? hes still got a few weeks until registration ends for our local community college.

I am an attorney in Dallas and am looking to learn more and also pad my resume. I was looking at the MBA program at TAMU because of the cost of 15K, no GMAT requirement for GPA over 3.0, and its available with mostly online classes, but you still get a regular MBA diploma from Texas A&M. How do employers look at an MBA from smaller schools? I learned with a J.D. that experience matter to law firms most, how do they look at an MBA from TAMU, would it be no better than a cheap $50 internet diploma?

I am looking to go back to school for a BS and I would like to receive my degree from a school that doesn't advertise during daytime TV. Does anyone know of any "real" colleges that offer distance learning or something like that? I would just go to my local university (UNLV), but I don't have the time, so online education is my best option. Also "Real" colleges seem to be cheaper, as opposed to "for profit" schools like University of Phoenix and so on. I understand that some online universities are accredited regionally, but I still would prefer a University of (Name of state or city) Any Ideas? And any info on any credit per test like CLEP would be apprecated. Thanks!!!!
