Community colleges advertise more than university to get more students.
Why do the community colleges want many students?
Is it much profitable to them?
There are so many methods for school to get money, but community colleges usually do their best to attract more students.
They don't care seriously about students' high school GPA.
Why do that??
If the community colleges get more students, the government help them?
Plz tell me ~ ~ ~ :)

Since I am not american nor live in US, i don't know much about system of college or university.
I heard that university get more money by receiving contribution from people who graduated that school.
why does the Local colleges accept low-score students?
are they don't need contribution of them??
I can't understand.

I want you to explain me the exact role of community college and source of benefit.
And If you can, tell me system of local colleges.

is it better to include all activities ever done in high school on an app (for example, recreational swim team, etc), or pick and choose the most impressive ones to highlight. i am applying to harvard, and i don't know if i should include all high school activities i have ever done. (i'm afraid i might be diluting the effects of the more impressive activities by including every single one of them, but then again, if i don't, i'm afraid i might be leaving something out that they want to see)

i dont want to go to college after high school, i want to do something that involves studying in a different country. i have found a program called LEAPYear (http://www.leapnow.org/home.htm ) which sounds great because i get to learn about different cultures, and help other people, AND it is just a year and the credits can all transfer over to a college and count as a year of college. what i would like to know, is does anyone know of another program that would be like the link above, because my mom and dad are not too crazy about the places offered to study at. OR does anyone know how i could phrase a search to find alternative programs to attend after high school (that aren't colleges). sorry if this makes no sense, its hard to explain with out rambling on, which i ended up doing anyways lol.

I am student of Business faculty. I have some plans of creating and opening a new department club for the Business faculty. This club will be for MIS department. I am not quite sure about its activites,structure and functions. I have some ideas but please could you kindly share with us what you know about this...from the begining what should we do? what kind of activities we should offer?
