YES!!!!!!!! I wanted to study PGCE, Post Graduate Certificate in Education and was refused due to ONE of my GCSE grades. So BE CAREFUL. You never know when in your career your O levels can come up to haunt you.

All those kinds of grades and exams count!!! (SATs, GCSE, A levels...etc.)
