A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

I am happy that you are sincerely trying to learn English. You can make some English speaking friends or take a course in English speaking from a reputed institute.

it would be best if you read English books.it could be a fiction or a non- fiction book [whatever you prefer but a dictionary is the best i could recommend] and if by chance you cross a word that you can't understand, look in a dictionary so that you'll know what the word means.after reading and knowing the meaning of the word you can't understand, try practicing the English language with the new word you have discovered

the best way in my opinion is to like /love english before you consider it as a lesson you have to take, you can listen & concentrate on people who speak the language ,pay attention to the tone & stuff, besides common language differs from that you study in an english course, lsten to songs & read their lyrics, watch movies & series , you will the the results yourself with training & don't care about anyone who tries to bother you cause everyone starts from a scratch..

English songs is a good idea, but I think reading english books would help a lot, start with lower level books, but not books that you could easily read, give yourself somewhat of a challenge, but not too much, then work your way up until you can read more challenging books/novels.

Start reading and have a dictionary beside you to look up the meanings of any words you don't know. Maybe start with reading the paper everyday.

Grab the newspaper everyday and read it loud to yourself for one hour. Be sure to check the dictionary when you encounter any words that you do not recognize or understand.
