Your sentence sounds good when speaking it, however, since you will be signing your name to the thank you note there is no need to have the "I". Chances are that you are sending this on a card that already says Thank You so you may just want to simply state: Thanks All for your Concern, it is truly appreciated. It's clear and to the point. Not wordy nor overly stated.
