I'm supposed to read 3 books over the summer and write a page of notes on each, including the settings, characters, plot, and opinion/recommendation. I'm supposed to elaborate on each setting, character, plot, ect., but I can't do that unless I make the font size 4!

I've asked a few questions on this now and being new, I think (or thought) this was a neat tool. But now some of the answers I get are so diverse that I wonder. Anyone feeling the same?

Hi,

Do you mind to give me your opinion on what you think about which chartered designation is more difficult to obtain? The chartered accountant versus the CFA.

Thank You.

I'm a high school senior, and decided I want to apply for pharm school. I know that at University of Illinois at Chicago you take 2 years of pre-pharm, then after that only a slim amount of people are accepted. At other places like Butler or Drake, once you are accepted into the pre-pharm program, you continue into the PharmD program as long as you keep up a certain average.

Well my question is how likely is it I will be accepted into UIC's pharmD program? I received a 30 on my ACT, I'm taking AP CHEM and CALC (which will be a struggle for me), and have about a 3.5 GPA. Honestly, I'm not super intelligent or extra special, so I'm worried that I'll be wasting my time at UIC, but I reallly want to go there. Can anyone give me some advice or an educated guess as to if I will be able to make it into the program?

I've just graduated from a liberal arts school. I have little work experience, but excellent academic credentials. I'm more interested in gaining experience through an internship rather than pursuing full-time employment. When an internship states "undergraduate candidate" or "graduate candidate" under applicants' qualifications, does this mean you must be a student enrolled in an academic institution? Or am I still eligible for such interships?

I'd be willing to work for little, if anything. I'm more interested in experience.

If a print of a well known artist has this notation on it,does this simply mean that the seller has reproduced the original artist's signature? Would this add any value whatsoever to the work?
Thanks.

Just for fun,…would you try this, (one more time)?

The commonly said statement: “A penny saved is a penny earned.” just rolls off your tongue, but if the statement was incomplete, as in: “A penny saved ______?“ what ending would you provide? My answer would be: “A penny saved isn’t worth a hoot.”

Complete the following commonly used statements being as creative or as conservative as you like.

Render to Caesar that which is___________?

A stitch in time_______?

Bad press is as good as__________?

Honor thy Mother and___________?

A rolling stone gathers no__________?

Feel free to add any others you ‘d like.

LOL ... have fun ,,,again.
