in fact, was the german army responsible for killing people that crossed the wall. was it easier to cross from the east to west or west to east?
in the end, did the berlin wall do more harm than good? was it anyway POSSIBLE that the wall could have never been built. i've seen pictures of the wall. it's ugly and is laced with horrible graffiti..........

I have a slightly above average interest in biology and science.

My greatest natural interest lies with Politics and History, but I do not want to major in those fields because the job outlook would be pathetic. Plus I don't really want to be a politician or history teacher.

I'm leaning towards Biology, because I want to work in the health fields and I know there will always be jobs.

However, since Biology isn't my first "love," is it still safe for me to major in this field or is this major so tough that only people who are 100% biology fanatics make it?

(I go to a tough school)

I am 20 years old. I am a soph in a pretigious, ivy league college. I am majoring in bussiness and am at the top of my class. I am supposed to go to law school after everything, because in my family I am aloud to be a doctor or a lawyer.

I have been an aspiring musician my entire life and could sing better before i could talk. I had the luxury of being in some shows here and there and took vocal lessons till i was a senior in high school and at the time i was auditioning for college conservatories. I sadly was informed that i was suffering for a 50% hearing loss and no conservatory would le tme in as a performance major.

All i have ever wanted to do is perform. All i ever envisioned myself was on stage.
Reality is hitting me because i have to start looking for a future occupation. I am broken. I havent trained in 2 years and i my voice has lost its strength and whenever i try to get into dance classes they are filled with girls who have been dancing for yrs. and they put me down

I'm in a terrible bind. I need a private student loan to help me pay for school. My only problem is that I don't have a cosigner. I can't get a cosigner. My parents have bad credit history due to a guy running off with their money who was supposed to be helping them clean up their credit. So, now I can't have them as cosigners. I have a stafford loan already but that doesn't pay for the rest of my expenses. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I need a quick answer!!! When you're talking about one student, do you say:
The freshmen student.
OR
The freshman student.

I need to know. I'm sending an email to my new college that I'm going to this fall and I'm trying to ask the art teacher a question about the classes but I'm stuck on the whole freshman or freshmen thing. I don't want to sound stupid to them by getting the word wrong.

Don't worry, this isn't a type of question that's helping me cheat. I'm just asking them a question and I need to send the email off now. Unfortunately, I can't go to my high school and ask my english teacher until Monday so I'm asking you all to help me. :)

I want to become a surgeon very badly. I have no money and my scholarship only pays for a little of my education. Is it wronge to sell drugs to strictly finance my undergraduate & graduate career?
