Lots of people use something like rhymezone.com. Turns out it leaves a number of these words out, though they are in the dictionary, and some are fairly common.
Another way to check for them is to go to morewords.com and enter the following in the search box -- *ills (though that wouldn't include anything spelled differently).
My starting method for this kind of question --a useful exercise-- is to run through al the consonants and consonant clusters you might find at the beginning of a word, tacking "ills" on, list those I know are words, check those I don't. (Plus is that you may find ones with different spelling which you'll hear as you say them aloud. Drawback is that you may miss those with more than one syllable).
