BS is a bachelor of science and BA is a bachelor of arts degree. Both a BS and a BA degree take approximately 4years to obtain and are offered at Universities.
JD is a Juris Doctor. This degree is a professional degree in law offered at some Universities. This is a degree that takes approximately 3 years to obtain, but one must first have a bachelor's degree before one can start in a JDprogram. Hope this helps!!
