I pride myself on my pronunciation but I'd never be able to pronounce that word pee-lar-tays without being heavily ironic. Otherwise I pronounce it like Pontius Pilate. It seems to be one of those words exclusive to Daily Mail reading women who have large detached houses. Hearing English babies saying Mama, Papa and especially grandmama and grandpapa makes me wince too.

I see these ads to earn your degree in a year but when you go to them it is for a bachelor's or a master's or something that you already have to have at least an associates for. Is there some online college or a school with an online program where I can get an associate's degree in a year? I'm just tired of trying to cut through bs.

I have slacked of a bit and now i have a lot of reading and study to catch up on.

Everytime i try i only study for a little bit because of the thoughts such as ï will never get everything done"... etc etc

And when they start acting up in class, pull the respective doll out of your desk so the entire class can watch you stick needles into its body? What about if the student is caught surfing the web for non-school-related information? Should you then stick the needles itnto the doll's eyes, just to set an example, while the entire school watches?

i'm only 13 years old and i'm in 8th grade.. we get A LOT of homework, do you think this is too much. This is what we get on a daily basis...

30-40 problems of math each day
5 page social studies packet every other day
a complete essay with rough draft and final copy in 2 days
3 spanish worksheets each day
60 pages of reading (the text in the book is very small) along with 3 pages of a work packet each day
5 page lab reports every other day
... we also get lots of homework over the weekend!

We are travelling through New Mexico and we keep seeing Jackalope stuff but we have no clue if they are real. Some people say they are real but rare while others tell us they are fictious....which is it? If they are real has anyone seen one? I am very curious! Also what animals are they a cross between?
