There is a word or words in that sentence that you dont understand. I will define the ones' most likely to be the cause of your misunderstanding but if they dont help then you need to find the definition of the word or words you dont know (even if the 'think' you know them).
dark angry looks = looks of a dis-approving nature, seemingly in a bad mood and ready to strike (frown or scowl)
haunt = give a feeling of fear or apprehension to someone
days to come = in the future.

Basically, something worse is about to happen. The house is not scary. Mr. Heathcliff looks dark and angry but also is not scary.
Sounds like you are reading Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights. Why don't you say so? It's a classic. It's not just a plain story. You should tell us what is your mother tongue so that we can understand why you could not understand this sentence.

well the person who is specking is saying that , what he will later (after leaving the place) remember and be bothered not by the looks of Mr Heathcliff (which is described as dark and angry) or by the house . but by whatever comes next in the sentence

It may be the word "haunt" that is hard to understand. Haunt is to appear again and again in a scary way, like a ghost, So, she is scared of the house and Heathcliff. Both are dark are frightening to her.

Firstly, the sentence is grammatically wrong; it should be “haunted”!!
As for the meaning, it means that what troubled/ disturbed him was not the house or the mean angry looks of Mr Heathcliff in the coming few days.

Memories of the house and the looks of Mr.Heathcliff are not pleasant, but neither will recur to scare me in the days to come. There is something else beside these two of which I feel I will be tormented in future.
