Alrighty:
When someone is so happy about something, it seems like that person is unaware of reality or the things surrounding them (like they're living in a bubble).
Then someone else will come along and do or say something to bring that happy person down (upset them).
It's like they've burst the happy person's bubble that he was living in and brought him back to reality.

Its like someone coming along and ruining your day...so if you all happy about something
For example:You met a nice person and your friend tells you he is gay....it bursts you bubble of happiness....
