As most people have said it means 'Anonymous'. However it doesn't necessarily mean that the author is unknown. 'Anon' is sometimes used where the author cannot be traced by the publisher, generally used on works older than 50 years, where there are no royalties payable. In later editions the author's name may be mentioned if, by then, it has been located.

More than likely the poet can't be traced. Maybe the poem is so old no-one knows who originally wrote it.
Anon. would mean anonymous.
