WB stands for Warner Brothers.
Ambulance is being written another way round so that when you look into your rearview mirror, you read what it's on it, and you could stop your car at the side to give way to the ambulance.

the word ambulance is written the other way around so when the car in front of the ambulance looks at its side/rearview mirror, it'll be the word ambulance he sees and he'll gets out of the way to make the ambulance van go through first.
