The professor would probably think the student was mentally deranged. Why would anyone want to be expelled? College isnt a prison, you can walk out any time you want.
It is a much better idea to go to the Registrar and ask to be withdrawn. Then you will leave with a completed record and if you want to come back five years later, they will allow it.

There is no reason the professor 'd bother about someone leaving the class who din't want to be there in the first place..

You want to be expelled? They would probably think that student was not worth teaching if they didn't want to be there.
