Right now i have a 4.145 weighted gpa, and throughout high school i have had a 4.0.
I've taken pretty advanced courses such as my current enrollment into AP European History and freshman courses such as Accelerated Biology.
I'm very determined and studious and i excel in athletics as well. I'm top ten ranked in northern california for the Girl's 16 age group and I'm currently 15 and compete on a national level as well.
I have won state and league for my varsity team as well and I am presidents of many clubs.
I took the PSAT recently and scored a 1800/2400 (86th percentile) as a sophomore but im looking to improving that score to qualify for the national merit scholarship next year.
My lifelong goal has been to go to an Ivy League but i don't know what to do to get in?
and how do i go about getting into other schools such as UC BERKELEY?

For instance,

let's say its the boy's ball,

but my son's spelling test is on boys' <-- with the apostrophe after the s. how would you explain it

so it would be the boys' ball (more than one boy owns it)

I have a child care class, and we each have weeks where we plan a theme. This is my week. I have the idea of doing a multi-cultural theme, and one day bringing in foods from other countries. I'm having a hard time thinking of which foods to bring though! So if anyone could list a country with an easy to make food that relates to that country, it'd be much appreciated :)

Well I was given the topic "An overview of American history from 1850-1870. Focus on major events, their causes and effects" Here's my intro:

The 1850s-1870s were a very important time in America that contained a large mixture of events. It was a time that touched subjects that included war, slavery and religion. There were many events that characterized 1850-1870 in America.

It's kind of weak and I couldn't seem to make it any better, I'll appreciate any criticism or help! :)
Also, for organizing the body paragraphs I was thinking of just doing two, one of 1850-1859, and the other of 1860-1869, any suggestions?

I work at a daycare for 9hr no benefits no sick time and the parents want me to clean 3 year olds butt I'm not comfortable with that if they are 2 under okay but 3 they should be doing it their self I have 3 children at 9 and up and not once have I had to get some one to clean their butts at 3 if that I would be suspicious please let me know if I'm over reacting should I be cleaning a 3 year old

So I've been accepted to NYU, Chapman, and USC. I guess the big debate then is, east coast film vs. west. I've heard great things about all the schools, and alot of negatives. NYU esspecially seems to be great for indie film making, which is really what I'm interested in... where as USC seems to just shoot you out into the studio system. So thats great and all, but I'll still need to make money, obviously. Will a school like NYU, so far away from Hollywood and the studio system prepare me to make the right connections in Hollywood? I'd hate to spend 4 years there and a rediculous amount of money, and have nothing to show for it.
