I think someone put a spell on me a long time ago.

I don't really think there is a spell on you. I think it is all in your mind. Sometimes when you think there is a spell on you, perhaps because certain things (you think) may indicate that there is a spell on you, it is only in your mind. Free it and peace will follow. I read a book once (or was it a movie I saw) where a group of people were retained by individuals to all constantly think bad things about a certain individual. They would let them know it too and the thought of all those people wishing you ill will manifested in the person's mind and that was what caused them to think that a spell had been put on them. It's all a mind game. Your mind received the bad vibes I really, truly think your mind can cast out the bad vibes.

This may not help you, but the way to remove a spell is to not believe in it. You really put a spell into yourself. Self knowledge and controll are the keys, the way you convince yourself, is up to you. V.

Get a Ju-ju man to put a spell on the spell to remove it or if you're strong willed enough, just cast it off by believing that it is gone . Your internal Ju-ju is stronger than the spell.
Believe in your strength and it will be gone !

pour salt all the way around your home,and put a pentagram on the front and back door,on the inside. star pointed up, not an upside down one
and believe it are not there is a spirit of God and if you ask it with faith to protect you then it will.
