I am horrendous in math. I forget everything the second I step out of the classroom. I've passed all my math classes, but I remember nothing. I probably have about pre-algebra knowledge at this point.

How hard is the math portion? What kinds of questions are there?

i turned in my research paper for my science project i got a 0% everyone else got like 60's my project is how does color of flame retardant fabric affect it's level of flammability i'm 11th grade a guy in 9th is doing his on do goldfish survive longer in salt water or fresh water and he got an 80% i met the requirments of the guidelines he gave us for our papers my friends even read my paper and they think i should've scored way higher but i got the same grade i would've gotten if i just didn't do it. Either my teacher is psycho and out to get me or he just dosn't know how to do his job how should i handle this?

OK, here's the scoop: A friend of mine told me that her grandson is struggling in reading and writing, and that he might fail kindergarten. She told me that his teacher said he is a bad writer, reader, and overall student. She enlisted my help, and I have an idea on how I can help since I have been a "tutor" since middle school. I am currently attending Axia college online and they have my financial aid so messed up that I can't get into another college because at this point it is showing that I owe the college money -I have called my financial lender to see if the hold up was on their side and they informed me that the school hasn't had me enrolled for the past six months - which is past my grace period so now I have to start paying those loans back, even though I still have months left of school. I have called the school many, many times to try and resolve this and my financial counselor said that she sent my account to her manager - whom has not returned one of my phone calls since I started the school.
So, I have been doing this with the school for a little over six months - they keep telling me that as long as I stay enrolled they will get my situation taken care of, but again, nothing. Do you think that I have a legal case and if so.. what type of an attorney would handle a case like this?
