The principal of my child's school(Las Vegas,NV) took it upon herself to withdraw my son from her school. I was only notified when I called the school to discuss an issue with my son's attendance. Is this legal or should I be upset with her? Does she have any legal standing to go above my head and make such decisions?

Almost every single party around where I live gets busted by the cops. If there is more than 30 people at your house...theres no hope. I'm in high school so obviously there is underage drinking. But what I am wondering is do parties get busted in college as much they do in high school? The way college life is made out...it seems like people just have crazy parties with hundreds of people and they never get caught. So basically my question is...do underage drinking parties ussually get busted in college? I know there are hundreds of colleges...but im just talking about in general or from your personal experience. thanks

i was thinking it was like this...
x, x+1.......... x=x+1(over 2) -1

i hope the over 2 did not confuse you. i mean x+1 divided by 2

I am a bilingual first grade teacher. I teach reading in both English & Spanish . I am having a hard time finding free websites in Spanish for my kids to play educational games. I was told back in 1980 that if I completed english credits in the summer of 1980 I would get my hs diploma I was so foolish I didnt realize that through out my life so many opportunities would slip by. It has been my deepest regret. Do you think its too late If

Okay, in my class we're learning about ancient Egypt. So, my teacher was all, "Ra, the sun god, and Amen, the big kahuna god, combined and are now recognized as Amen-Ra." So I said," Shouldn't they be called Ramen?" The class burst out laughing, and I got a Bag-It, a piece of paper which enables you to pick up trash afterschool until 6 pm. Isn't that unfair?!?!
