What does "noinch" mean? Does it mean anything at all?

Its from a pretty stupid movie called Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and I'd love to know what it means. Anyone know?

it's just a made up word for a sound.... it sounds like it reads...."noinch" Gotta love Jay and Silent Bob!

Doesn t mean anything at all. Jay says makes up silly words like snoogins and snoochie boochies all the time.
