Do both primary school teachers and secondary school teachers in the UK get paid the same, or do secondary school teachers earn more?

all teachers paid on a common scale but there are additional payments for extra responsibilities - as secondary schools are generally larger institutions they have more opportunities for the extra payments

do not know ....but for myslef i want my basic pay rate to b increased.........
