does anyone else have a very difficult time visualizing?

most visualizing exercises begin with "visualize..........." or picture a .............

I cannot visualize anything, altho I have very vivid dreams.

I would appreciate any info out there.

no. try to draw out what you wish to visualize, and then you slowly begin to be able to do it without drawing a picture.
