I've been working for about 6-months for a state-funded educational organization. I've read government-funded research reports that have stated that this type of educational program is totally worthless. Yet, teachers and staff just keep plugging away as though everything was just fine. I'm thinking of taking the story to the media, but if the government already knows this type of program doesn't work, why would they care to hear about my particular program?

I think it was a line from one of his many plays- it said something like "Hasty marriage seldom doth last." Or it was something- a warning about not getting married too quickly.

What was that quote, and from which play was it taken?
