I have been on disability for several years and as a result of a judgment against me, my SS disability checks are being garnished. I know there is a system in place for this; just having a heck of a time finding it.

the school is saying my mom co-signed(but she didn't).
I was 26 @ the time and seperated,but living in her house.
anyway I owe like $800.00.They are threatening to take it out of my moms income tax,can they do this?I called and asked to speak with the women calling my house,she started cursing me at the top of her lungs when I hadn't cursed or yelled at her...she keeps saying she has my mom's signature and going after her income tax refund...what can be done here? This women won't stop yelling so I can even make arrangments...

I am a high school senior and am trying to figure out what I have to do to become an Earth Science Teacher (other than going to college and student teaching). What certification does one need? What other requirements do you need? What is the PRAXIS Test? Do I need to pass the PRAXIS TEST to be certified? Are there any websites that list the steps to becoming an Earth Science Teacher?.....Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are private school teachers meaner or stricter? I've noticed that some private school teachers tend to be mean or something. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing? Is it a waste of money? I'm 18. I was always on a rush to grow up and start on with my career. When I was 16, I graudated high school and started college. I'm glad I graduated early. But I'm angry at myself because in high school, I didn't really pay attention to Science classes, so now, in college, Science is really important. I'm just stress out that what if I fail this Anatomy class in college? I already failed Biology 100 and I'm so angry at myself because I should've study really hard.

I am looking for a Japanese school in London as I used to study at the Alpha school in London but I did not enjoy studying there as the teacher kept on saying there something wrong with my brain when I did not understand something first time, I also she think may have been calling me stupid but I was not too sure as I heard her outside the classroom calling someone stupid. I did make complaint to the school about her but there did nothing about it so I left. I would like to try find another Japanese school to study Japanese or I would like to try take private lesson. i wasn't suspended for 18 weeks, i was sentenced to 18 weeks in behavior school and I'm in 7th grade.. but when the principle told me after school that I was going to behavior school and not to bother showing up tommorow, the next day [tommorow] was the beginning of my 18 week sentence to behavior school, right? I didnt have the meeting to find out i was going to behavior school until a week later and i only had a meeting with the dean who then sentenced me to 18 weeks at an alternative.. but my question is the first day i was absence from school due to all of this, was the beginning of my 18 week punishment at an alternative school, right? 10 points
