i just started voulnettring at a shelter and i have to watch kids while their moms are in classes i have hour and half and two times a week my idea is tring to make it fun but eductaianl like i thought if i could get dentist to donat tooth brushes and coloring book about hygine i do not know how to start or if his would be a good idea someone help me wqith idea to keep

Those of us who have taught in the public school system have learned how hard you have to work to get kids in that age group to do anything that they do not want to do. Remember what Abraham Lincoln said, "You can please some of the people, some of the time, but you can not please all of the people, all of the time". There is nothing that I know about that will be interesting to any 12 kids chosen at random. You will have to ask the moms for their advice about what kind of educational activities might interest their kids.

Well why dont you ask the head of the daycare. They usually are open to sugesstions

Get finger paint and let them paint pictures. Read stories to them, teach them to dance and sing little songs.
