I'm 18. I was always on a rush to grow up and start on with my career. When I was 16, I graudated high school and started college. I'm glad I graduated early. But I'm angry at myself because in high school, I didn't really pay attention to Science classes, so now, in college, Science is really important. I'm just stress out that what if I fail this Anatomy class in college? I already failed Biology 100 and I'm so angry at myself because I should've study really hard.

Firstly, being mad at yourself is not going to do you any good, so I suggest letting that go. Second, your fear of failure could be a good source of motivation--use it to inspire you to get assistance and to prepare for your exams, papers, etc.

Are there tutors available for your science classes? Often there are. Also, see your professor and talk with her/him about your struggles: your prof. should give your some useful information about accessing support resources and/or how to best approach the subject.

Science requires a different way of thinking than does literature, e.g. Since you do not have a strong background, be sure to spend more time and energy on the science classes: this is how you gain the experience necessary to pass the class :-)

All the best to you.

seems like you just have to study harder for next test and/or exam. personally, i think biology and life sciences can be understood reading a book. of course you will have to do a lot of research by yourself and ask for help when needed. Don't be mad at yourself. if you already failed, it can't be changed. and anyway, you are going to be with yourself for the rest of your life =) might as well enjoy the company. stand up and keep fighting!

Please do not stress over it. How you handle your education may be how you handle life later.

Take an assement of what you really want to do with your life. Perhaps you are aiming at someone else's idea of a goal?
Try asking your education minded consultants at the college you attend to steer you toward some testing to determine aptitude and desires... you may be surprised to find your true goals in life are easier to achieve if you aim at the one best suited for you to begin with. (Do not allow anyone to talk you into a particular direction - just get the information on yourself and make the determination yourself! It is your life... not daddy's, momma's or older siblings.

We all have strengths and weaknesses..yours appears to be science. If science is your weakness that means you need set up extra time to meet with your professors to get extra help(that way they know you are trying and can find other ways to explain the content), also find a study buddy(ask the professor to recommend someone who understands the content), and dedicate more time towards studying.

Just try again. Maybe form a study group or find a study partner. If you're still having trouble go to Office Hours or find out if your school offers free tutoring (some do....). Best of luck.

Accept the past as what it is, don't beat yourself up about it. Make the future better. Do what you want in life. If science is not your area, find something else that is your bliss and follow it. It will all work out for you.

Get a tutor and study with some of your classmates. Ask the instructor/ professor /ta for help for help maybe they can help you out. You were smart enough to graduate early you are SMART enough to ask for help. You can do this.

Pretty much everyone goes through the same thing. I'm glad your not regretting graduating early. I did the same, it was hard work, but well worth it.

Don't be mad at yourself. Figure out why you do and don't like science and use it to your advantage. Your never too smart to have a tutor either.
