Are all our institutes of knowledge sufficient for providing education to each and every citizen? Is higher education a pipeline dream project? Why are we unable to create many Universities like in other countries?

It drives me absolutely crazy that the government has the financial aide program and they're so picky about who gets it. You have to live in a box to afford college without the help of your parents or scholarships. My parents don't help with my college costs AT ALL and I pay them all out of pocket because our government financial aide program files me under my parents b/c i'm under 25, unmarried and have no children DESPITE the fact that I live alone and support myself. I think this is ridiculous. if they want to be so anal about who needs financial aide then i think they should have a program for students who maintain a certain GPA get a refund on college. I beleive it would encourage more students to go to college and excell which would improve our overall society. ANYONE AGREE?

I didnt finish my classes because the school closed with no notice. Now I still am being charged for the student loan in full. At Watterson College in Oxnard, Ca. 1995 or so.

You know, when an example of a template is up for review before being published... The main blocks of copy (text) often seem to contain phrases, starting with "Lorem Ipsum..." (or something close to that).

It sounds Latin.
If it is, what does it mean?

And why not use English words (if it's an English template, or, say, French if it's a French template)?

In fact, why not use keyboard smashings (asdf jkl and the like)?

There has to be a reason for this. Can anyone help? Please, it has bugged me for over ten years now!
