younger do respect seniors but do not respect unless it is required while the seniors do show their respect and then they go about their work easily , this is being noticed by the younger and then they follow them.while obeying the younger obey immediately but the seniors take their time, the younger conduct themselves as humble or as smart ones depends from person to person, in behaviour the seniors look more confident than the younger ones seniors develop speed and are sure of the matter than the younger ones who has to verify and confirm and so experienced hands can solve a matter within a giffy.

Majority of youngsters do respect and obey their seniors as long as they need monitory support, food, clothes and shelter; until they complete their academics and get a job. Once they become economically independent, they abandon their seniors... parents...

However, there are a large number of people who continue to respect and obey their parents until they breathe their last...

as far as conduct, behaviour and experience are concerned, we find the youngsters stealing the expertise from seniors without their knowledge. Without thanking, them... and often preaching the same knowledge back to their seniors... beg borrow or steal is their policy...
