While consumers always try to point fingers and blaming someone like the Food Industry. I believe it’s the Parents fault for Childhood Obesity. Parents have the power to control their kids meal, (what else should i include in my thesis......)

IS the thesis on the factors of childhood obseity?

if so could inculde:-

parents responsibility

junk food advertisiments

promotions

magazines

change of culture ie children inclined to play computer games rather than physical games

convenience foods (many families have both parents working)

cost of fresh food

time constraints to preparing food

childrens education within schools about food nutrition

childrens allowances/pocket money

I think this could be a danger field if not handle properly. I think the thesis should be backed by reputable sources when placing you arguement.

good luck

I don't think anyone can truly help you finish your Thesis Statement. It really depends on where you want your paper to go.

for example, Are you trying to reveal a little known fact, or are you trying to get people to wake up and take action, or are you trying to be objective and compare two seemingly different concepts as two related concepts.

Then you have to decide what your feelings are on the matter. This Willl determine what sources you will quote, and will determine the overall tone of your paper.

I think once you are clear on your opinion and how you feel about the issue it wil be easy to finish the Thesis yourself.

When I say feel, I mean try to discover your true bias . You want your Bias to be understood but avoid saying "parent's fault" and try saying, "...ultimately the parent's responsibility...." or "... parents have unlimited accountability ....." , to just come right out and say, "parents' fault," sound so typical and boring.
