need help looking for information on schools in glasgow. i also missed the artical in the daily record the other day, it was giving imformation on how to register and what i need to take with me and what days. i am all a little confused about it all.

Example: I'm looking at an old book.

It's quite common for English speakers to always use the indefinite article 'an' before any vowel. However, is it actually grammatically correct? Since 'a' or 'an' describes the noun and not the adjective, shouldn't it be correctly written, I'm looking at a old book? Because we don't say an book, we say a book.

Furthermore, if that is correct, than what about Proper names for nouns?

Example: I'm looking at an "Undergraduate Major Change" form.

We're describing two things here, an undergraduate major change and a form. It sounds odd, but couldn't it be correctly written with 'a' since we're still describing a form?

I have my BS in Computer Engineering and my minor is in Computer Science. I hated both these major/subjects at the end. I am planning on get my masters, and I would like to get it in one of the easiest subjects. I have a lot of health problems and I am planning on being a "stay home" mother. I am planning on getting my master because if needed I will have a good education to fall back on. I am sitting here, and I am thinking I have no interest in any subjuct.

I am planning on transfering to a four-year college after i'm done with my two-year college. Do I need to do anything yet? What I mean is...I don't know how to expalin it...is all I need to worry about right now are getting good grades?
