I am always with my friends that are really popular. Please help me to get noticed when I am with them. They are my best friends too!

I second the studying comment. Studying and intelligence will get you a lot farther than being popular.
HOWEVER, what's the point in getting far if you don't have friends around to help you enjoy it?
So be yourself. Find out what you love and do it. Be confident that you are worth being friends with anyone you'd like. If you relax and let your confidence show, things will improve.
No one wants to be friends with someone who's insecure and trying to prove something. Have fun being young - enjoy it!

Worry less about being popular and more about studying. One of these days you may find yourself the boss of some of these popular now kids. I know a lot of the so called unpopular kids and they are tutoring the so called popular kids! What makes your friends so popular?
