What are methods of good teaching? What to do to make my students happy while learning?

Methods have to be different according to the subject and the audience, you give no details.

Rule one: If you're bored delivering, they will get bored, so have fun.
Rule two: Make sure they know you're a human being here to share your enthusiasm for the subject and give them useful tools for the future. Not just becaus eyou like bossing people around and imposing stuff.
Rule three: Remind them they don't necessarily have the choice, they might as well do it well if it doesn't hurt them, they'll get credit for it and they'll be able to brag.
Rule four: Don't judge them, assess them. Make mistakes yourself, let them correct you and thank and praise them for this: there is always room for improvement in everyone.
Rule five: involve them physically and mentally. For example make them devise exercises for other classes of other levels so you can be sure they've understood, applied and given thought into the learning and teaching process. If possible, film the result with the other class and discuss with them. You get resources made and they have loads of ideas if you've run out , works a TREAT!

Let them be part of the lesson. Involve them. Make some type of competition about answering questions. Give some small reward for the right answers. Divide the class into two teams and award points for each correct answer. Their brains work better when there is something in it for them.

I find that if I talk about my own expereinces when explaining an idea, they like it alot.
Always greet students at the door. Remember a quiet classroom is a boring classroom.

math and reading games. give 4 hwks. and sit in a circle for reading time and let them take turns sitting in your chair to read.
