I just got my ACT scores back. I scored a 29 and it was my first time. I don't really know what the average is for most schools so I was wondering if anyone can tell me what kind of colleges I can get into with that. I plan on taking it again, but I would just like to know where I stand in the event that I don't score any better next time.

It seems that with the majority of college students these days, the only options they ever consider to pay for college are their parent's money, financial aid, scholarships, and loans. What happened to the days when kids paid for themselves?
