owing to ill health i had to take a gap in my engineering & finished it subsequently.but it took me 8 years to finish a 4 year course. good communication skills in english , a above average mental aptitude & a basic understanding of software languages like C, java & SQL are my plusses.
i also have a fluent english accent.
please suggest a career where i can put my skills to the best possible use.

i just had one of my answers deleted cos it had a swear word in it. this is cool with me, i know yahoo is a company and they have to keep a good public image so parents dont mind their kids using it etc, and deleting answers with swear words is part of that. so aside from yahoo answers, why is swearing so bad? its like theres this list of words which (for no reason apparent to me) are "bad." it just seems random and illogical. i guess it has religious routes - but then why is the s word unholy? there are plenty of other words that mean exactly the same thing but arent "bad." it just doesnt make sense to me. i believe in free speech :D any explanations or opinions welcome. thanks

So my friend just got her LSAT scores this morning through email and she got a 135. She also has a 3.12 GPA. Her dream school is Emory. Do you all think she will get into any school with those figures above? It's really depressing and I don't know what to tell her....Let me know please! I need your advice to give her...Thanks!

I`ve just received my first essay back and got a good result,i got acheived and my tutor said my essay was good.It`s the first one i`ve ever written as i didn`t do school so am now trying to go back to study again,anyway i`m only starting off in a sort of return to study course and i got acheived which is the best mark you can get for this course,anyway what i was wondering was how different are the assignments from this course to the real courses and is my mark really good if you know what i mean or is it just the tutor humouring me?I feel rather proud of myself at the moment but don`t want to feel like an idiot if it`s for nothing!!
