your question does not specify the health problems. However, they seem to be minor only. In such a case , you can continue to study during night ours. When you are comfortable at studies, you tend to grasp more quickly and you tend to memorise more effectively. And these count a lot because you have to take up examinations and clear them with honors and distinctions. The two hour rest during day is enough to refresh best of luck.

some it is effective when they study at night, some early morning like around 3 to 4 am, somne by afternoon and some morning or noon...i tried all of them but all i can say is the effectiveness of studying is depending on how you want to study...it deals with your interest and nature what time you want to stidy.. if i feel to study i do and take advantage of that enthusiasm, if i dont feel i dont force to ..i try to cheer myself or find a way to pull out some burden before i study...

you should sleep all day, study all night, or vice versa, or take a nap in the late afternoon and study at night, or take a nap in mid-morning, and study from noon till like 10pm or 11pm

Some people are "day" people, some are "night" people.
Whatever your type, study then.
