In case of Singular Subject verb will have "S" or "ES" in the end of third person singular like "He, She, It & Name"
He sleeps, She Talks, It remains hot, David Plays Game.
But when the subject is plural like They & We then Verb will not have "S" or "ES" at the end of it.
They Sleep, We work.

The correct verb form is sleep.
