I am sometime confused by the article 'the'

How are the following two sentences different, in terms of meaning. Do they have the same meaning?

All cars sold in Europe are of good quality.

Vs

All of the cars sold in Europe are of good quality

i am a new homeschooler and i need help on grading. if anyone is a homeschooling mom or dad, please help. my daughter has this curriculum that has quizzes after every week and quarterly test every 9 weeks. how am i suppose to average the final grade. do i count the quizzes as less percent of the grade and how do i do that.

Is it possible to get a Secondary Certification in Social Studies, to teach history/social studies at a high school level, after you get a degree in history. IE get the degree in History and then get the certification afterwards, possibly much later. I know a lot of states have "emergency credentials" but I'm not talking about that I'm talking about a real nation-wide recognized certification.


I was also curioius if you could get the certification from a different school than you got the history degree. I know most American Universities stipulate that you have to get at least half of your credits from them to get a degree from them but I don't know if the same thing is true for Secondary Certifications.

I once over heard a rumor that if you work so many years under Emergency credentals that you get the real certification but I have not been able to varify that.

Hi. I'm currently in my final year of Engineering in India. I have suffered 2 year losses due to irresponsibility. Now Im almost done but I fear I will be completing my course with a total GPA of 2 only. This is equivalent to a 60% according to some screwed up formula our university came up with. Anywayz, I would like to do my MBA somewhere outside India...can any one give me any good suggestions where i can do this, considering my screwed up performance? can you please answer these following questions

1) does MS course in US University offers scholarships ?
suppose , if i pass GRE with a good score for doing MS , can i expect scholarship for study ?

I am looking for scholarship ...no bank loan

For example, if you appear for GMAT ...then there is no scholarship avaialble .......does it same for GRE - MS course ....or schol is available for MS ?


2) If i have work experience in industry , will it be considered as plus point for doing MS ?


3) If you have applied for MS ....then can you please tell...who are the guys can recommend .....can INDUSTRY Experts recommends ? i am not in touch with my professors and in touch with my industry experts.
