Oh dear, technically s**t is not a verb it's a noun therefore it doesn't have a past participle.
Hence the correct sentence is I have just had a s**t. But colloquially shat is just fine.

Colloquially, "shat" is correct. In mixed company, should it be absolutely necessary to discuss this activity in the past tense, then "defecated" would be suitable.
