am a medical doctor from lebanon ,i finished my m.d. in the medical university of sofia bulgaria,i want to do my spesialization in general surgery in vienna,i have already a place there,but to go there i need a scholarship.in lebanon i can not finnd who can help me.so please if you have any answer to my question please sen me bach the answer.

I understand your difficulties. It is not so easy to find a sponsor for your specific field and country unless you do apply for a place that offering a scholarship or a fellowship.
What I can suggest is to try searching in the internet institutions that offer scholarship for international students.

Otherwise, your best chance would be through the school's admissions office. The schools always know the most about what resources are available. You just have to search out for the right people and advocate for yourself.
