I'm going to start an internship program at a hotel for my college requirement. The internship program requires me to do a research or a project about one specific department that I'm going to work in.

One hotel has decided to let me do my internship program in their housekeeping department. However, I still couldn't find a good topic for my research paper or my project about that dept.

Descriptions: This hotel is a 4-star hotel (upper-scale) and it is under the union regulations.

Some of my friends that will work at the same dept. at another hotels have came up with some good topics on their own such as "Developing an effective Housekeeping Staff Training Manual" (project topic example) or "How to control the inventory cost of the Housekeeping Dept.?" (research topic example).

Can somebody help me finding other good research or project topics about this particular department?I'm really confused and really need some help about this..

I am limited on time and can only take two courses next semester. I have three courses left for my prerequisites for Med School. The three courses are Bio II, Orgo II, Physics II. Of these three courses which two are most important to take before taking the MCAT examination? The wheel of a ferris wheel has a 20 m diameter and turns at 4 rpm. Its lowest point is 1.3 m above the ground. Assume that the height (h) is a sinusoidal function of time (t) where t=0 is the lowest point.

a) Write a equation for h.
Answer:
-Okay, so I went through my book and found the equation h=a*sin*w*t+k (I have absolutely no idea what a or w stand for though.)
-Then, I plugged in the numbers and got h=10*sin*4*t+11.3

Is that right? Do you have any idea how to find the equation or explain what I'm doing?

b) Find h at t=10sec.
Answer:
-I figure I would just plug in 10 for t, but how do I solve h=10*sin*40+11.3

Please help! I have pretty much no idea what I'm doing, and I need to understand it for a test. I posted as far as I got, and you don't have to give me the answer. Just tell me what I'm doing...please ?!?

My directing teacher gave me a C+ when everyone I talked to got an A at the school I was at. Now I am having trouble finding a teaching job because of the grade and that she would only recommend me for a co-teaching position. I sent my supervising professor an email and asked him if anything could be done. He told me to never contact him again. I don't think the directing teacher liked me because she tried to talk me out of becoming a teacher. I had done very well during my two preinternship field experiences and had a 3.64 GPA until she gave me the C+. I also have been substituitng for three years before my student teaching experience and have never had a bad report.
