Business Administration, Finance, Economics, etc.. are all good, but why Spanish? I can understand wanting to learn the language but if you are going to be entering one of these other professions then you should get the full education in that field and you could still learn the language through a minor or certificate program. Majoring in Spanish isn't just the language, it is the culture, Spanish Humanities, litertaure, everything. If that's what you want then more power to you, but if you are seriously questioning this then don't be afraid to use your school's resources, advisors, etc... they do a great job and you already paid for their help. Good luck in whatever your decision.

I am also going to college for a language degree. What I am doing is getting a minor in the language, then I will get a major in either education or government. Advisers say that the best way is to get a minor in the language and then a major in the field that you want to work or specialize in.
