You can write it in plenty of other countries.

if you mean how to take the sat's, collegeboard should have sites around the world. browse around on www.collegeboard.com and see what you can come up with. you can try looking around their site, emailing their customer service, calling to ask them, etc. college board's in charge of hte sat, so they're the ultimate source
