ok we will have a Trial Presentation next week about Andrew Jackson.

I found some evidence that proved that he's the worst president for:
1. Vetoing the bank
2.Indian removal (I got this)
3.Trail of Tears (oh man! He sucks!)

but I was having a hard time to understand why he thinks that the Bank was unconstitutional? I kept on reading my book "The American Pageant" but it didn't explain deeply.

Also, can someone gave me (even a little bit) a counter-arguements about the 2nd Bank...I mean, should he really veto the Bank? (I know that the Constitution didn't mention the Bank but it was established by elastic clause)

I'm a senior in high school and i'll be taking the ACT's for the first and probably only time (I would've taken it earlier, but there were scheduling conflicts--one time my flight was delayed home from vacation and we were forced to stay a couple more nights..the next time was my sisters wedding, which i obviously couldn't miss) I'm an honors student with a 3.9 gpa. I'm looking to go to the very competative Ohio State University. My question is, is the test really that hard? And and tips to get over my nervousness?

my english teacher told my class that when dead bodies are not taken care of and just left alone, then they pretty much swell up and then they like "burp", or kinda explode, not like boom but like, release everything and it smells like crap, and ...yea....is this true?

I simply made a bad/wrong career choice >10 years ago (but stuck with it until now.) I do not want to practice medicine any longer, but have done this (the training part) for so long that I don't have any idea what to do. I trained as a radiologist and completed residency 2 years ago.

Im a senior and I want to major in pre-med. I have a feeling that Pre-med is better at UCLA since it also has a medical school. UC Berkeley doesnt have this. But UC Berkeley is the best UC School. So which school should I got to if I am accepted at both?

im trying to do this problem by myself

the problem is the sum of three consecutive even integers is -360

x
x+2
x+4

= 3x+6= -360

3x= -366

= -122

so the integers are -122, -121, -120 (how do you know if there supposed to increasing or decreasing)

if this solution is not correct please explain why

My book says that displacement must have distance and direction. But no where else can I find something about direction relative to displacment. Can you have displacement of 10m North? East? West? The only example in the book says the displacement of a runner is 20m South.
