*I will give you step by step instructions for how i do it. The words in capitol will be buttons you hit. :)

First, hit the VIEW button on top. Under view go to the TOOLBARS tab. Click on this then click DRAWING. Then the toolbar should appear at the bottom of your screen. Click the button that looks like a circle. Drag and pull until your satisfied. Make another circle, but make this overlapping. Next, print it out and Vuala! You have a BEAUTIFUL Ven Diagram!!!

**Another way to do it is go to INSERT then scroll down to the DIAGRAMS button. Hit the button with the Ven Diagram on it. Next, there is three circles, if you want more or less, you can hit the ADD CIRCLE button or hit the RESIZE button under the LAYOUT tab. You can fool around with this making the colors the way you want, a border shading. Have fun!

You can use the drawing toolbar for all the shapes. Auto Shapes >> Flowcharting should have all the shapes you need.

I think that would be really hard to do. You might need power point or visio or some other program that allows you to draw circles.

Sorry!
