ok we will have a Trial Presentation next week about Andrew Jackson.

I found some evidence that proved that he's the worst president for:
1. Vetoing the bank
2.Indian removal (I got this)
3.Trail of Tears (oh man! He sucks!)

but I was having a hard time to understand why he thinks that the Bank was unconstitutional? I kept on reading my book "The American Pageant" but it didn't explain deeply.

Also, can someone gave me (even a little bit) a counter-arguements about the 2nd Bank...I mean, should he really veto the Bank? (I know that the Constitution didn't mention the Bank but it was established by elastic clause)

He was the "people's president". He thought The Bank benefitted the rich. So he vetoed it. He did not veto it because it was UNCONSTITUITIONAL, but because it did not benefit the COMMON PEOPLE. He should not have vetoed. It left no value behind the paper money, and there was little coin money. It brought on the depression of 1829, that did not end until the Industrial Revolution.
Coin as in gold or silver.

Great question but it is a long answer, so I am going to keep it short.

He was fighting against what we have now the Federal Reserve:

What is the Federal Reserve? Well, in this case the name has nothing to with it. It is not part of the Federal government, didn't you know that? No, well than you also don't know that the Federal Reserve is incorporated, what that means is; it is a for-profit company.

Say our government needs 100 dollars printed up:

1) We ask the Federal Reserve to print us a 100 dollars

2) The Federal Reserve happily prints the money

3) Once we get the money, we also get a bill from the Federal Reserve for $100 plus %

That is why the dollar loses value and well always lose value. Now if the our government printed the money like Jackson wanted, and like we did before 1913, the dollar wouldn't lose value.

Now that is in a nutshell, please research it more, start your research on Dec. 23, 1913, search Federal Reserve.

Good luck
