I am gonna finish high skool and going to go into university. Is it completely different to what u expect? Also, I'm moving to a new place so I have no friends, then? Is it hard to make friends there? I'm a bit worried. Can somebody help?

can someone explain how the college board is scoring the SAT with the new writing section added? What was the scoring like when the wriiting section wasn't added? (when the highest you can score was 1600)

I always take a long time on tests and stuff, and i need to get through the SAT fast because i never have enough time to complete the section!! and my scores werent good enough because of that

Yesterday my school found this kid's hit list and he was suspended for 5 days the school is pretending like the list doesnt exist... but i know like three kids who found it and they saw their names on it and a few of them didnt come to school today...it was pretty freaky.. has anything like this ever happened at your school

I have been teaching in a low income/high risk urban school district for 8 years. I enjoy the kids and the challenge of teaching them, although I do worry about personal safety sometimes. I just feel really burned out because in addition to teaching these little people, I also have MOUNTAINS of paperwork that I am responsible for. It's not important, just BS. that basically justifies someone higher ups' position. I really feel like I cannot do all of this and be an effective teacher, and also a mother-there is just not enough time in the day. I feel as though my family suffers because I am so stressed out when I get home.

I have an undergarduate teaching degree and a master's degree in Liberal Studies( I chose this field of study because I suspected that I could not do my present job for 30 years). What else can I do with these credentials? Please give me some ideas. I'd like to work from home, although that isn't necessary, and I don't want to have to travel.

I plan on going into the field of Science. I have some options to choose from but I'm stuck.The only science course I will be taking is Biology which is basically going over everything. I can pick up three electives. I have decided on two, but need one more. There are electives like Ecology, chemistry, ect. What would be a good choice to prepare myself?

I want to study business but it seems like the UC schools concentrate more on science whearas the CSU schools have many differnt business options. UC schools are better schools so i was wondering if it is smarter to go to a UC or a CSU as a business major?
