As a child I can remember certain words that I struggled to say properly - such as hospital (pronounced hosTiPal). I guess this is the same for lots of people - but is there any you didnt grow out of? I still cant pronounce criminal without really slowing down and saying each syllable individually (if i talk to quick it comes out as criNiMal).
Is it just me or does anyone else have this problem?

I am 18 & a science student, doing my A level now.I am planning to further my study in the UK next year (undergraduate) majoring in environmental science or geology.I have a list of universities in the UK with me but I just don't know which one is the best for me to choose.York,Manchester,Keele,Newcastle,Nottingham,Bristol,Sheffield,Cardiff,Birmingham,Liverpool,Southampton,Lancaster and Imperial College are among the 50 universities in my list.So people! would anyone of you help me out here?Perhaps give me some ideas to choose the best six universities.I prefer universities with great study facilities, great study environment, nice and friendly people. The thing is that,I want to be able to mix around with everyone and not just with students from my country.Only then,I believe, that I could exchange knowledge as well as learn new things. So can anybody help me?

I want to know that - how many times can a student take the GMAT if he wishes to apply to one of the top B-Schools of the US for MBA?
Are there any limitation about taking the GMAT like there is in taking the IIT-JEE test(once in a year and twice in a lifetime and that too if you have scored above 60% marks in 12th standard)?
What's the validity of the GMAT score obtained by one in 2006? And if he wants to inprove his scores, what are the options?

may sound silly, i sit with a group of girls in college around my age or younger (im 23) and most of them have children. i do get on with them but sometimes feel i have nothing to contribute to their conversations because all they talk about is kids and pregnancy and i myself have no kids. is it silly to feel left out ?
