What rights do Americans declare on a regular basis which are not in fact, rights but privileges?

For example some people think getting their drivers liscense at 16 is their right but it is more a priviledge

Drivers license is a priviledge...it is not a right, so is welfare, tertiary education, access to government facilities, intercontinental travel, hunting, fishing, etc. These things can be withdrawn, reduced or monitored.
